Delivery Times & Rates

In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
- Shipments are made within 48 hours (or the next business day) after payment confirmation. High-value orders may require additional confirmation before shipping.

Order Tracking
- Awaiting Confirmation: We are waiting for your payment to validate the order.
- Processing: Your payment has been received and your order is being prepared.
- Completed/Shipped: Your order has been shipped. Tracking codes will be provided in your customer area.
- Failure: There was a problem with your order, such as missing information or the supplier being out of stock.
Tracking is the customer’s responsibility. If your order stops updating or there are delays, please contact the carrier immediately for more information.
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
We offer optional shipping insurance for 10% of the order value, which can be added at checkout. If your package is lost during transit, we guarantee a free reshipment.
- To activate the insurance, the customer must contact support and initiate an investigation, but only after 14 working days without tracking updates.
- The insurance covers any loss or customs retention. In case of such events, we will resend your order.
Important Information
- Discreet Packaging: Orders are shipped in plain packaging with no mention of the store or products.
- Orders May Be Split: If items come from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately. Tracking codes for each package will be available in your customer area.
- No Refunds: If your order is seized by customs or lost by the carrier, we will assist according to our reshipping policy.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or altered, please contact us immediately.
- Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is out of stock, we will send an alternative of equivalent or superior quality at no extra cost.
- Incorrect Address or Uncollected Order: The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct address and ensuring the order is collected. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or rejection of the order, it will be considered cancelled, with no right to reshipment or refund.

Fraud, Disputes & Security
- Payment Disputes (Chargebacks) Policy: Customers who open unjustified payment disputes will have their accounts permanently blocked, and legal action may be taken.
- Fraud & Security: Any fraudulent activity will result in the permanent closure of your account, along with a ban on login history, devices, and IPs.
